Fiat!

I was approached by the author who knew he needed an attention-grabbing cover to get into the bookstore he wanted. I knew I wanted to use a stained glass window for the cover but had difficulty finding the Madonna and Child with the tenderness and beauty I had in mind. Perseverance paid off when I found an image online and contacted the priest who had taken the image and who so graciously allowed its usage. Keeping the inside text airy and approachable flowed from the cover image. The manager of the bookshop was so impressed that she contacted me directly to take on projects for her. What a blessing!
